How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Pamsheh account and associated data, please send an email to hirobase.its@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Saved body measurements
• Saved delivery addresses
• Wishlist and saved items
• Shopping cart contents
• Sewing project submissions
• Notification preferences

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction and order records (retained for tax and legal compliance)
• Payment transaction references (processed by Paystack, subject to their retention policy)

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
